VOX FEMINA is an Australian-based, global feminist policy and strategy consultancy.
We partner with industry, governments, civil society, philanthropic organisations and multilateral institutions to advance gender equality - from system-level reform through to targeted, practical interventions.
We work across the full spectrum of change
At one end, we partner with institutions to redesign the systems that shape economic, social and policy outcomes - embedding gender equality into the way decisions are made, resources are allocated and power operates.
At the other, we support organisations to address immediate challenges: strengthening policy, resolving gaps, undertaking research, delivering inquiries, and addressing the parts of systems that are not working as intended.
This dual focus is deliberate. Structural reform is essential, but it is often built through smaller, targeted interventions that improve how systems function in practice.
Translating commitment to gender equality into outcomes
Gender equality is increasingly recognised as a priority across sectors. What is less well understood is how to translate that priority into outcomes.
Some organisations are grappling with large-scale reform. Others are dealing with specific failures - policies that are not delivering, programs that are misaligned, or systems that are producing unintended consequences.
VOX FEMINA works across both.
We bring deep expertise in policy, economics and institutional reform, alongside a practical understanding of how organisations and systems operate in practice. This allows us to move between strategic advisory and hands-on delivery to provide support that is proportionate to the problem at hand, while maintaining a clear line of sight to the broader system.
